This national competition was organized by Cakap Riset in cooperation with the Association of Indonesian Law Student Researchers, collaborating with Universitas PGRI Yogyakarta (UPY) as the co-host. The Awarding Ceremony was held offline at the Yogyakarta Health Polytechnic Building on Sunday (28/6/2026).

In this competition, Team Althara presented an innovation named FERBINA Flour (Fermentasi Bijian Nusantara). This composite flour product utilizes a biotechnology-based fermentation process from local ingredients, aiming to reduce national reliance on wheat imports while remaining easy for local farmers to produce.

Furthermore, this innovation supports the achievement of the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically Goal 2: Zero Hunger.

The team expressed that the Food Security sub-theme is highly relevant to their academic background in Post-Harvest Technology and carries profound urgency. “Food can hold greater value when its benefits do not merely stop at the dining table, but instead yield a wider impact across economic, social, and environmental dimensions,” Naveed stated.

This stellar achievement was accomplished under the guidance of Dzulianur Mutsla, S.Si., M.T., Ph.D. As the faculty advisor, he guided the team and ensured that the innovation possesses a clear and realistic development trajectory for Indonesia.

The journey toward this victory was navigated by the team amidst demanding academic and non-academic schedules. In the final round, they competed fiercely against hundreds of teams from various universities before ultimately being crowned the grand prize winners.

According to Team Althara, the key to their victory lay in their comprehensive understanding of every detail in their essay, solid teamwork, and a sincere commitment to making a tangible contribution to Indonesia's food security.
